Access control is quite a broad term and can range from a simple keypad entry to a building right through to a full scale locking system with multiple doors, buildings and different access rights. Individual Users
One of the problems with the traditional lock and key set-up is that all the keys are identical, there is no way of telling who or when people are coming in. With our systems every person can be assigned a unique RFID Keyfob or PIN Number. This means that we can record all the details of who, where and when people are entering the premises. It is far more flexible than the traditional lock and key set up. The keyfobs are also cheaper to replace than getting a new key cut.
No More Keys
No more re-keying all the locks because someone lost their key. Not only is that expensive, but it’s also an unnecessary interruption to your business. Because everyone is issued an individual keyfob, if one goes missing all we have to do is delete it from the system and issue a new one. Simple! Another benefit is they cannot be copied like a traditional key, so you will always know how many keyfobs are on the system and who has them.
Flexible Access
You can assign different access levels or permissions to different people. For example, you may not want some of the office staff entering the warehouse or vice versa. Or restrict access to areas with dangerous goods to those who have the training to be there. We can even set up time periods to only allow access during the work days or have any door unlock and lock automatically. Perfect for multiple hazard factories or multi-tenanted buildings.
Remote Access
If you need the ability to remotely unlock doors or add/remove keyfob users, then don't worry, we have you covered! Our access control system gives you full control over your doors, even if you aren't onsite. Great if you need to let someone in who hasn't been issued their own keyfob or you need to urgently delete one that has been lost or stolen. You can also check the activity logs and see who has been in and out of the building while you were gone.
Smart Locks
Have you ever left your place and wondered if you locked the door? That is not a problem for our intelligent locks. They have a built-in sensor that can tell if the door is closed and if the door is locked! All our locks have battery back-up in case of a power failure and they are more secure than a traditional lock, which can be picked. With different locking solutions to fit different doors, we will definitely have a solution for you.
